Immunization Services

Cavalier County Health District (CCHD) offers recommended immunizations for all age groups, infant to adult. CCHD is able to bill most insurances and immunizations are offered at no cost to uninsured or underinsured children.

Immunizations are offered by appointment 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday (with the exception of holidays). Immunizations may also be available on a drop in basis based on availability. Call 701-256-2402 to schedule an appointment.

A monthly Immunization Clinic will be held in Munich, at the Munich Ambulance Center on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 9:00-10:00 AM. Adult vaccines will be routinely available at this clinic. Childhood vaccines will also be available with prior notice by calling 256-2402.
