BISMARCK, ND - North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) will be announcing Jasmin Child Care and Preschool in Fargo as the first participant of the Non-Traditional Hour Child Care pilot program, the state’s latest effort to build public-private partnerships that can help address urgent child care needs.

The Non-Traditional Hour Child Care pilot is designed to help working parents whose jobs are outside of the typical hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. by providing funding to entities that implement non-traditional hour child care solutions.
